Important Milestone:

This year marks an important milestone for MMOsmart LLC, as the company celebrates 11 years of service in December of 2008. So in honor of this milestone I thought it was about time I sent our first newsletter.

Since its inception in 1997, MMOsmart has grown to become a leader in North America in providing a full range of support services in the online gaming space to our small and mid-sized business customers and our partners globally.

From the beginning, in my parents’ basement, customers have come to rely on us for exceptional customer service, innovative approaches to expanding their business and reliable performance. We are continuing to add service enhancements, improvements and new solutions for our expanding base of customers. Oh, and we have also moved out of the basement and into brand new headquarters in San Jose, CA with an operations office in Morgantown, WV.

MMOsmart is proud of our accomplishments over the past 11 years and proud of our customer's successes. Mostly we look forward to serving our customers for another 11 years as we continue to innovate and to strengthen our leadership position. Thanks to all of our employees, partners and customers for contributing to our success as we celebrate our 11th year anniversary!
